Link rewrite?

Ebay is my primary source of income and this is the only modification that I really need. What I was wondering is if xenForo has a way to redirect links posted on the fly to an affiliate link such as this mod does?

That is not something that is built in to the core.

No doubt though, it wouldn't be difficult for someone to code an add-on to do the same thing.
