My forum links are not working in facebook. See these screenshots:

I'm not sure where you got that specific form of the URL. The URL in the first example would actually be:

http://romanquranohadees.com/index.php?threads/kya-imam-ahmad-rh-ne-taqleed-na-karne-walo%E2%80%99n-ko-faasiq-kaha-hai-ek-aiteraz-aur-uska-jaizah.114/

This is what appears to copy from the address bar in Chrome and Firefox, for example.

Specifically, note that the special character is represented as "%E2%80%99". The version with it not encoded isn't actually valid.
