I am unable to replicate this, does this happen to anyone else?

I have never seen that particular issue reported before.

He says it affects all of this browsers?
In that case I'm not sure what could be causing it, unless it's something unique to his OS or every browser he has installed.

It's not somethign I've ever seen either - does it happen with the non-WYSIWYG editor?

Oops, forgot to check back.
This was an issue with too many layers of caching and 'minimizing'.
I turned off javascript minimizer in my CDN's settings and it started to work without problem.

I had this!!! thought I was going nuts as it only happened to me! everyone else was fine.
After I cleaned my cache the problem was gone (chrome)
