XF 1.3 Limit Forum Moderator's Rights where to move posts

If I'd like for a forum moderator to only be able to move posts between their specific forum they moderate and the sub-forums therein, how can that be done?

Currently it looks like the forum moderator can move the threads to all destinations of the whole forum, even to sections they are not a moderator of.

That would require custom development.

It has purposely been done like that so, for example, threads posted in the wrong forum can be moved to the correct one.
