Fixed like importer doesn't rebuild serialized data

Confirmed in the vB importer. But it likely affects all importers as this oversight is in the import model.

The like importer doesn't rebuild xf_post.like_users so you get posts like this:



No usernames listed (until some one else likes the post).

I did an import recently where I modified the import model to rebuild xf_post.like_users after each "like" was imported. But I think a better fix would be to create a new utility under Tools -> Rebuild Caches to rebuild the like data. This would be useful after an import. It would also address this issue:

He means it's not practical to do it at save time, which is correct. But a rebuild utility would work fine.

FWIW, I'm also looking into implementing something like DigitalPoint's suggestion for updating 'like' usernames after a user rename operation.

Looking forward to this. I just made a test import vB->1.1.4 and noticed that imported user likes weren't displayed.
