Licensing not showing valid

Sounds more like you need to log a support ticket in the client area rather than this being a bug.
 
I did back in March. I haven't heard back so im reporting it here.

I'm thinking the site is still registered under the previous owner

I think that may be the issue. The license was in a previous owners name. Last year I sent a messages about this and no response.

In March, I was able to purchase the license and register our site. That allowed me to upgrade. However, the license message remained. That is when I submitted another ticket that never got a response.

Again, I'm thinking something may have gotten crossed including email addresses for license. Perhaps your team is responding to the old owner because although I show a valid license in my xenforo account, my site says otherwise.

The contact us form allows you to enter the email address you would like to receive a reply on - there's no way that can get crossed because we would reply to you on the same address you provided at the time.

We cannot feasibly discuss account related issues on the forum, so please, again, contact us and we'll go from there.
