XF 2.1 License Transfer

I am already sold one of my website. The buyer said it was working fine at first but the site is no longer loading for the buyer now and i've been trying to reach support for license transfer help and also support but got no reply. Thank you

I've never heard of license issues stopping a site from loading. It's probably not the problem. Although I agree you want to get the transfer settled, it's not a deal stopper for the site itself, not going to stop it from loading.

Keep in mind the owners, coders, and staff here at xF are Limeys, they're in bed right now, it's 1:40 AM where they are. Patience.
