License transfer

I have someone who submitted a ticket for a license transfer over a week ago and they have not got a reply yet and I have not received the license.

We would need some more details, but I would very much expect that we have replied, and not heard back from the license holder. Tickets don't go longer than an hour or so, on average, without a reply.
