Currently, if all your licenses are inactive, you cannot view your ticket history. Could this be fixed to allow read-only access for reference? Yeah, renewing is the easy option but it would be a nice change, IMHO.
I have no experience with an expired license yet, but I know older tickets aren't listed. I think it might be that it's rather limited to time than status of license(s). Tip, you perhaps get an email for each ticket, which includes the url.
