License extension without official add-ons

Hi,

My license is expired, I want to extend it for $40. However I bought the official extensions with my original license but I never used them. Now I can only extend with the extensions for $70. Is it possible to get rid of these and just extend the software for $40?

I just thought I’d look into that for you. We actually replied 19 minutes after you contacted us.

Maybe you missed the email or it went into spam but either way you can view the ticket from within your customer area.
