License extension issue

I've just purchased an extension to one of my licenses and the extension doesn't appear to have taken effect.

It's an old account, does it take time to be approved?

Might just be some delays with PayPal getting the notification back to us.

Is the payment showing as complete in PayPal?

Same problem here, payment sent half an hour ago.

For OP the payment appears to have come through. Looks like it took 40-50 minutes.

Unfortunately we're just at the mercy of PayPal and how long it takes for them to send the payment notifications. If the payment is showing as completed then the notification will reach us in due course.
