js files are not included and in "liamw_postmacros_editor" not using the minified version. Woud be nice to remove the console.log messages.

Can you make sure this add-on CSS and Javascript don't load for guests? I've run a few tests on pagespeed and it loads the add-on even for guests... they don't need so it just adds time to the page load.
