Do you keep the options at default 200px? Also, do you lazy load for guests also? I read a lot of articles and didn't find any evidence that it would be bad for seo. In fact, I think the better page speed makes it a net positive for seo.

To add to what Amin said, yes, and especially on mobile devices. Threads will large amounts of images (especially gifs) often will crash a mobile browser or at least make it unbearably laggy. This plugin solves it all.

Also, can someone please tell me why this could negatively affect SEO? I thought faster page loading was a good thing.

It introduces complications for how the image is loaded & parsed by the search engine, as modern search engines do a fair bit of indexing of images. But SEO can be a bit of a black-art and search engines are quite smart.

I'ld prefer to replace the spinner with something CSS based.

why not fix these before releasing it?

• Doesn't work with XenForo Media Gallery.
• May impact SEO due to the use of noscript to present the original image to users without scripting. Will display the spinner too.
• Loading spinner is ugly, and not per style.

I don't have XenForo Media Gallery, so I can't develop for it.

I haven't had time to retrofit the spinner to something else or use CSS-based spinners (which is the future plan), simply because this has been a low priority compared to my other add-ons.

is a paid addon ($5) but unfortunately is not supported. (the seller "Bamastanguy" never reply anything)
Could be possible extend the lazy loader to work with this addon?

That addon is for attachments. This addon already supports attachments. It doesn't support XenForo Media Gallery, which is an unrelated issue.
