This is very weird. Installing xml file should not cause any issue, the same for the ftp as my mod has nothing to do with that.

From the description it looks like it is a server issue. Something is acting up somewhere when you do the installation.

Anyway, I received your pm and replied as well.

I think there may be a memory leak issue? as I tried it a yesterday and the memory on my VPS plesk setup maxed out hence why the ftp/website slowed to a crawl

Not in my mod. There is not anything to cause that kind of load. But to be able to give an precise answer I need to check the issue first hand for myself at your environment.

Thanks bare with me as I've had a faulty laptop so just got a new one and am installing all my software again, will PM you the details you need when I've tested if disabling the plugin system resolves the issue as i'm a bit afraid of getting locked out of the site entirely if the app is installed.

I encountered the same with your problem, when I ask my money back, the author refuses.. :mad:
And the author never reply my Private Conversation after that case.. (n)
Then I finally consider I paid him as a pesky waste.. :ROFLMAO:

In order to investigate the issue that you are saying that you are having I need to check it for myself first hand at your server environment as I already said above. I can understand your reluctance in sharing that info but that is the only way for me to check the issue to see what causes it and work towards a solution. Otherwise there is nothing that I can do as I can''t reproduce this.

This add-on doesn't work with me either, I encountered the same problem with you and until now the developer seems couldn't fix the issue :(

Like I have been saying before as well in order to fix the issue I have to check it first hand myself. Otherwise there is nothing that I can do about it as I can not reproduce it myself.
 
i just paid for this a few days ago and it doesn't work on the current latest ver, either refund me or update ur add ones!
 
If you have a custom skin, you may have to add <!-- block: forum_stats --> in the forum_list template.

It was working fine right away with the default skin, but it did require that small edit on my custom skin and so far I haven't had any issues with it.

There is no cron job with my mod. The reasons as to why it is not appearing to work at your forum can be 2. A custom theme and/or a third party mod like Widget Framework that has changed the sidebar area.

P.s. Can you post the link to your forum btw?
