Server issue Last Seen Bug

Not sure how it can be replicated, but a few minutes ago I clicked my avatar on a thread I posted in while on New Posts and saw this on my member card:

Then I went to my profile to see if it was an AJAX issue, and sure enough it wasn't. It's not possible for my last activity to be that if you look at my postings. Additionally, I don't think I was doing anything at 12:45 PM.

There was a server issue last night that involved a MySQL restart. That could potentially cause some last activities to not be updated. So nothing to worry about really.

I had a suspicion it was a server issue, but it couldn't hurt to make this, right?
