A member of my forum is reporting of a "lag" when composing a message in the editor. They say message length has nothing to do with when they experience this. No other users are reporting this.
They are using Internet Explorer on Windows 8.1 on a laptop, and have no browser extensions.
I'm unsure what to advise this user - it could be a problem on their end, or otherwise.
