Add-on Ladder Score

I'm trying to see if someone is willing to create a ladder add-on.

I want a ladder system where it's broken down to few groups like Starcraft and League of Legend.

Top 5 Grand Master {Icon}
[Username with their icon] [Wins] [Losses] [Characters they used]

Administrators and Moderators are the only one that can add/adjust to it. While I can create a thread. But, I prefer to add it to the navbar and players can submit to enroll to the ladder.

It's going to be either a paid one or a lot of features I really don't need. I just want a basic one.

It isn't a bad thing for some. I just want a basic add top players. Rank them and that's pretty much it.. Of course have a ratio and a display of their favorite team they use in the fighting game.
