They use to use vB before, they switched to XenForo recently, XenForo is slowly becoming more known around the webhost community called Webhostingtalk.com

I do too, but it is big though. I think we can forgive the size since they added the logo in there which would be a direct result for the height size.

Hehe but I've been using vb3 with the same layout for a long time and if my assumption is right for the same reasons that WHT did. With XF in the picture things have changed, and it wouldn't surprise me to see increasingly more popular vb3 sites switching now.
