Can someone tell me how do I make this addon works with short links? I mean:

Wasnt it supposed to work without any other effort? Or I'm missing smth?

AMS = articles page (content of articles including custom fields)
UBS = blog entry page (content of blog entry including custom fields)
SG = content of posts in group wall
MG = contents of media, including any custom fields
each entry does have an option for:

this option exists also in XF1 but it doesn't solve the problem.
let's say I add a link to URL "A" when there is the word "smartphone". 1 replacement per post, 1 replacement per page.
I also add a link to the same URL "A" when there is the word "smartphones" (plural). 1 replacement per post, 1 replacement per page.
If a post contains "smartphone" and "smartphones", 2 links would be inserted, to the same URL "A".
I'd like in this case to add only the first link.

What if you add just bevore and after a space char? Or a placeholder? I dont have try that, but that would be a logical fix for your problem.
The other point is that the keyword list will be used ascending. First found keyword in list will be first replaced.

Has my purchase expired perhaps? Or is something else going on?

No! Even add-ons whose license has expired will work in 100 years! This would also require a callback. My Add-Ons never call home.
Please check the administrator account if he does have access to it or if he is super admin.
