1. I have a cornerstone thread that explains Concept X. Can I use this add-on so that any time the words "Concept X" are used in a post, they are linked automatically to the cornerstone Concept X thread?

Yes.

2. It seems you can create keywords from existing tags. I have Concept Y as a tag that is used often. How does this add-on create a Concept Y keyword and where would it link to?

There is a cron job that runs and creates keywords when new tags are found. You can edit tag link in the ACP and it will use the link provided there as the keyword link or the tag page link.

I understand you can add tags to images now in Xenforo. Would this add-on scrape image tags in threads as well for auto creation of a keyword?

@Siropu I think I've found a bug. If, for example, I have two tags, "dragons" and "dungeons and dragons," If I use the option to auto-generate keywords from tags, it always uses "dragons" to generate the keywords, never "dungeons and dragons."

Both keywords are created, what happens is that the posts always show one of them.

Should work. You can try to set a higher priority to dungeons and dragons keyword so that it will link first.
