Does anyone know a online website where you can keep track of stuff and invite users. Lets say Me and someone are creating a theme and we want to easily keep track of all the ideas for it.

Lots of project management tools out there ...

    Source-code based project management tools:
    Generic project management tools:
... or, you could so something really "out there" like I did ... and use this really cool multi-user software I've come across as a simple project management tool. It's great - you can set up secure areas for multiple people to discuss ideas, easily allows you to share documents and images, use labels to identify the status of ideas, get email notifications of new posts. It does a lot of really cool stuff. You should check it out sometime. It's called XenForo :p

Try Trello, the free version is enough.
