XF 1.1 Just changed servers

Anyone tell me the quick fix for this error or where to start.

I just had my host migrate me from Shared to VPS.

Fatal error: XenForo_Application::loadConfig() [function.require]: Failed opening required '/home/xxxx/public_html/library/config.php' (include_path='/home/xxxx/public_html/library:.:.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php') in /home/xxxx/public_html/library/XenForo/Application.php on line 447

Why they switched everything to 660 I have no idea...

Seem to be running into this same problem.

Will dig down deep and try to figure things out

The error in the first post indicates either a missing library/config.php file or maybe bad permissions on that file.
