Browser issue jagged edge when Thread Display Options expanded (IE10,IE9)

Jagged edge is displayed in lower left & right corner @ xf 1.4.0 with IE10 & IE9,
but normal with IE8,IE11,Chrome,Firefox. (I didn't tested at xf 1.3 & lower version.)

This is an IE browser rendering bug. I believe it's been reported before, but since it's sorted in IE11 already, it's not something to really focus on.

But, when I browse xenforo.com forum with IE9,10, jagged edge is not displayed in above condition.

Hi. I found the situation in xenforo.com forum also at some scroll position, but normal at bottommost scroll position.
