XF 1.5 itemtype not https after moving to SSL

I've changed my site over to SSL and thank's to the helpful guide I've managed to sort out nearly everything.

However all the itemtypes on a page are still http and not https and I'm not sure how to sort those out.

http://data-vocabulary.org/Person

for examaple.

My board and home page url both have https set in the basic board info which I thought is meant to set all the internal links to https? My searching hasn't turned up anything useful thus far.

It won't cause any mixed content errors as there is no embedded content from it.

That's deprecated anyway as far as I'm aware.
