XF 2.3 Issues after import

I just imported from IPS 4.x and when using the root administrator that was created during setup (which looks like was overwritten by the import), it shows that I do not have permission when viewing the home page. I went into the root users permissions and saw everything was set to NO for being able to view things. Does this mean I need to go through all 120k+ users and reset their permissions because it wasn't imported?

Also I'm seeing radio buttons and things not showing in the admin panel and when I view the console I see it is refrencing the old URL. To import, I had to install xenforo on my old forum server, run the import so it would import into our RDS database, then install the files again on my new server and copy over the internal_data and data folders. I can't seem to find where the old url is placed so I can change it to the new url.

The Board URL in the ACP options controls all dynamic links throughout the site.

Did I do something wrong during the import that the permissions didn't set properly?

The Board URL in the ACP options controls all dynamic links throughout the site.

I did double check the board URL in the ACP and it is correct with the new URL, but the console log is still showing 404's for the icons as it is referencing the old URL. Is there a cache I need to reset? It follows the new domain, but there is a folder path that is no longer used on the new server, that remains.

Importing permisssions isn't an exact science.
It's done on a best effort basis but we always recommend they are checked and adjusted as needed.

The only console errors I see are related to FA icons.

Try uploading that directory again to ensure they are all in place.

Correct, the folder before the /styles shouldn't be there.

It could be an artifact of how you did the import and server change.

If the Board URL in the ACP is correct then try rebuilding the master data via /install.
