When I attempt to register on my forums, it uncheck the captcha

I just registered with no issues.

I used Firefox, you might want to try a different browser if using Chrome.

I have just fixed this issue, but now facing a new one... email confirmations are not being sent.

Your email probably isn't setup correctly. I never received the email either.
