Look like they may be using IPS. Most of what you see there can be done with XenForo also.

It looks like hypercheats are on IPS and have a built in online shop though for selling the cheats, looks like it could use IPS commerce.

Perfect aim could be completely custom or something else, not sure.

Unfortunately there's no native ecommerce tools for XF. The only thing you can sell easily out of the box is forum user/membership upgrades on the site, which may or may not work for your needs.

There are a few 3rd party shops you can install though.
