Is there any sub-forum on xenforo.com for users?

I have some questions about Xenforo features, but after registration I noticed that nearly all forum areas are exclusive to subscribers. Is there an open sub-forum for Xenforo users?

I don't know any other worthwhile place for asking Xenforo support. I don't think that general user-level questions should be gated — information should be available to all.

I think he's referring more to a user asking questions about how to do stuff. That typically would not be answered in the pre-sale area, and probably not even the off-topic area. Usually those type of "how do I" questions are better addressed to the administrators of the forum you visit - even though they almost all operate the same.
