Is there a way to see what plugins are causing server load?

I've been getting 508 Insufficient Resource errors lately and my host suggested I use p3 performance analyzer and caching to alleviate the issue. (They must think I have a WordPress.) Is there anything similar to P3 that I could use, or another way, to see what plugins are affecting my load? I'm on a shared server. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

Enabling debug mode will provide information on queries which are running.
