XF 2.2 Is there a separate database for users that is backed up?

I tried to send a test email to certain moderators, and thought I was deleting the other moderators from the email. It deleted their accounts entirely.

Do I have to restore the most recent back up for the entire site?

Not a bug, but something worth attention in the next update. When I try to delete an account via ACP>Edit User, I get a pop up with options.

When I tried to send an email to multiple users and clicked "view full list," I assumed clicking the trash can to the right of the username deletes the user from that specific email list. As it turned out, it deleted their account without warning.
