For some sort of personal organiser / notepad for members to use?

So for example if I have to edit template X, I could open up a note, add "edit template X" and leave it so the next day I log on and have the reminder, edit template X.

Something that was very very easy to make quick notes on would be helpful.
I make notes in a text file and it syncs via dropbox to all of my computers.
It works pretty good.
I use an old program called ESP to pull up the .txt file when I need it.
It literally takes 2 seconds to open the .txt file

[Press F11]
I type: xen (for xenforo.installation.and.changes.txt)
and it is the first file
[hit enter]
and the file is open.
