Is there a failed login attempts log?

I've been hunting for the log of failed login attempts, but no luck. I thought it might have been under the Tools > Logs, but none of these show any user or admin login attempts.

Can anybody please point me in the right direction? Thanks.

There is no such log built in. You will need a mod for it.

Are there any popular mods that can do this?

Personally I haven''t seen any mod that does that. But have a look for yourself at the RM. If there is no such mod then you can put in a request at the Request forum and hopefully someone will code it for you.

How do admins know then if their site has been targeted for a brute force etc attack if there is no way to monitor this?

They don't look like they do unfortunately. Does anyone else have any more suggestions? I would have thought it was a very common thing that admins wanted to log forum access. It seems odd that a site could be under attack but there is no way to even be aware of this.

I am already running one of those addons, the other does not appear to do it either from the information provided. However I will confirm with tenants.

Sorry, I'm just a bit incredulous that there is no built in way to monitor user access.
