Fixed Is it normal to see thread redirects as part of search results?

For example if I merge thread "One" posted by member A with thread "Two" posted by member B (and choose "One" as the destination thread), is it normal to still see "Two" as part of the search results for search/member?user_id={user_id_of_B}&content=thread until the thread redirect expires?

I'm using XFES 1.1.2.

This would be a bug. It would've updated the posts correctly, but left the thread search index record.
