IPB4 to XF challenges

XF 2.2.12 + Importers 1.5.2

Just some quick feedback after the migration performed in the early days of January 2023, from IPB 4.something to XF 2.2.12:

• importer didn't import archived posts from the archived table, had to re-do the whole import (added details in the other thread specific to this point);
• importer didn't import avatars and profile photos;
• some permissions were off - the administrators group didn't have any permissions to view the forums.

I am unlikely to go through this again, but would be perhaps a good heads up to other IPB users considering migration to XF, to set the right expectations.
