IPB to Xenforo

Hello,

We're currently using Invision Power Board and would like to switch to Xenforo.

However, I'm a bit lost when it comes to hosting, the migration process, and so on.
Could you point me toward an expert who specializes in this kind of migration?

The first step would be purchasing a XenForo license. You'll then be able to post in the customer forums for "Installation, upgrade, and import support".

Migration is certainly possible, if that's your question. If you have any specific questions, prior to your purchase, those specific answers can be answered here. Have you given any thought as to whether you're going to use a self-hosted license or the XenForo Cloud?

If that's the case then he should be able to post a thread in the relevant forum requesting migration services. He can also add you as a forum user from his customer panel, I believe, and you'd be able to post in the customer forums too. I could be wrong there but hopefully someone else will be able to confirm that.

Since you're going with self-hosted there are no less than a half dozen, or more, folks who you'd be able to hire to help you out.

At the risk of having his competitors downvote my reply, I can tell you that @MySiteGuy is easily the most recommended on this forum.
