Pages load as text only mostly? Forum I'm on just switched to Xenforo, help

I can't seem to view the pages on this forum in the link below, they display weirdly after they updated the site. Here is the page

You can't open the link either? I mean, do it look like the screen shot I attached for you as well?
I'm a user on the page above for many years. THey updated recently and switched to xenforo. It used to load correctly but I don't know if I'm the only one where it's loading just all these text jargon like my screen shot, or if this is widespread issue that's happening globally?

Same result as the screenshot. The problem is on their end, not yours. Their CSS isn't loading. If it used to load correctly, they simply have done something where it no longer renders. Could be Cloudflare for example, or perhaps they deleted some files for the themes.
