IP adresses problem ?

I don't know if it is a bug or something else ... please explain me
I have a user with different ip connections .. when i click on those links in admin panel, i can that he connects from : china, india, poland, switzerland and USA ...

Probably a spammer. Spam bots often use proxies to avoid IP bans.

The maybe he uses a proxy. He logged those IPs somehow.
