Having a weird issue; our IP logging doesn't seem to be working for new users that registered to the forum.
All of our existing users are logging/showing IP's fine (whether checking on the front side of the forum or in the admin panel,) but several new users show no IP address at all.
I know these are legit, real users because I invited them from Facebook and I recognize the names, so I don't think it's anyone/anything malicious.
These users have not post anything on the forum; the flow has been that they created brand new accounts and clicked into a link to an Advanced Form (add-on for Xenforo) to submit a form request, which creates their form response in an existing thread.
Is there something that would prevent their IP's from being logged? It's only these new users, and it's only the ones that joined to submit this form answer (but have not post or done anything elsewhere on the forum.) I've checking logging in the admin panel; it's the same settings that we've always had (and no issues with existing users on the forum.)
