How does the function "decrease" works?

I mean, not setting this value means that a user can send unlimited invites if the counter never decreases?!

Probably not, and you wouldn't be able to buy it either, the author is no longer a member here.

I don't know if @ExtraLicense has anything similar.

For those who have installed this before, even un installing this addon doesn't remove all it's traces.
Run this query on phpmyadmin:

ALTER TABLE `xf_user` DROP `ragtek_referrer_userid`;
