Peggy I'm really sorry I offended. I like you and I don't want to hurt your feelings.
If you don't mind me explaining, making fun of deepest beliefs is one way of honouring them. Like affectionately teasing soneone you love. The fun says that these philosophies are so strong, so wonderful that humour can't hurt them. I'm sure Jesus is big and generous and humorous enough to enjoy jokes about him. He's such a nice guy solid and loving and not a nitpicker. Passionate, loving, loyal, hot tempered, patient, brave - lovely bloke.
I was making just as much fun of my own beliefs the same way you know. My faith is so profound so real that it doesn't need protecting from humour and actually thrives on it. Laughter being sacred.
So relax love. Let Jesus take care of it. He's a big lad well able to take care of himself.
But I'm worried now - re reading I can't actually see anything I said that insulted Christ. So I'm a bit worried now as good manners are important. Christ may not need protecting but his followers can be sensitive and easily hurt.
Nothing I said was untrue and all of it was about completely serious spiritual matters which I hold in high esteem. The lighthearted style was superficial fun and doesn't mean it wasn't all true, beautiful and wise.
Inanna is a dear and precious to me as Jesus is to you. They are different faces of God. Cat teachers Spider counsellors are also wise and important. Etc
