Integration with FraudClient

I'm looking for an experienced XenForo developer to create a custom addon for my forum, which runs on XenForo 2.3.

The goal is to integrate my forum with my existing backend service, FraudClient.com, via an API. The addon will allow my moderators and administrators to report forum members directly from their profile pages.

Core Requirements​

Here is a breakdown of the required functionality:

1. Moderator/Admin Functionality​

• A "Report to FraudClient" button should be added to the member profile page.
• This button must only be visible to user groups with specific permissions (e.g., Administrators and Moderators).
• Clicking the button should open a simple form (a modal/overlay is preferred) where the moderator can enter a reason for the report.
• Upon submission, the addon must send the reported user's data (Username, Email, and last known IP address) along with the reason to my backend API.
• The moderator should receive a confirmation flash message (e.g., "User successfully reported to FraudClient.") or an error message if the API call fails.

2. Admin Control Panel (ACP) Options​

• The addon must create a dedicated options page in the ACP.
• This page needs a single text field to securely store our FraudClient.com API Key.

3. Technical Details & Provided Resources​

• Platform: XenForo 2.2.x / 2.3.x
• API Endpoint: The addon will connect to https://fraudclient.com/api.php.
