Zoom integration with XenForo

I am having an integration between Zoom + XF developed and would like to hear from forum owners.
What features would be critical, nice to have.
I plan to offer this Zoom features to specific usergroups to host events with the members. All events are hosted on site and no client software is needed.
People just log in to their XF account and join the event.

We use Discord as a closed to member (by usergroup) chat. The same could be done with Zoom. Zoom has video, audio, and text that can be selected by users.

Zoom integration is not default option on Xenforo but can be done via custom development please dm if you interested on custom development

I am looking to

• have a banner show up if a zoom meeting is in session.
• Announce a scheduled meeting with countdown (Example: meeting in 1h 12m).
• Url in that meeting to launch the zoom app on the users side.
• Usergroup permission
• admindCP lets one customize some of the visual presentations.

Also... perhaps zoom is not even the best platform.
What alternatives are there that do basically the same.
Ideally a web browser so that no guest has to install any software.

I’d love a way to display, on XenForo, which users are logged into my communities scheduled Zoom meeting. Ideas?

What I started doing is use the default notice system.
Designed myself a banner on days with zoom events with the zoom meeting url in it.
Then disable it after the event (or set the start and end time variable in notices).

I show the notice only to the usergroups that are invited into the zoom meeting.

Not bad for a free of charge native XF code solution.

I had @forumSolution create a custom zoom add-on. He created it exactly to my specs, and everything is working great. Impressed with his ability to integrate everything and have it work correctly. Will use @forumSolution again. Highly recommended.
