XF 2.0 Installs of Add-ons appear to not have installed

Hello

When I install an add-on, it starts to install it....

Then half way though it chucks me out to my website index page



Then I go to the admin page, and it tells me this.

I click for it to continue with the jobs, and it finishes installing the add on

But when I go to the add-ons page, it appears to have not installed

However, it has!


Any ideas?

Did you upload the addon files in the correct directory ?

Re-Download the addon again afresh to be sure you have it fully as in all the content inside the .zip

That is indicative of server issues.

You may have to get your sysadmin or host involved to check the logs and possibly implement some sort of logging to determine what is happening during installation.
