Sure, especially if running NGINX. Just include the necessary config variables, comment those lines out and when ready to rock & roll with it just uncomment those variables. When we moved Xenadmins.com from their old host to the current VPS that is what we had to do since it was a cPanel SSL setup and we had to get the certificate re-issued.
