instagram & twitter links don't embed

I tried to embed insta & twitter here on xenforo / media album and no luck.

I also had no luck, in the end I use an html parser addon to do the embed. (Twitter that is, don't know about Instagram)

To the best of my knowledge, Insta and Tweets should embed as expected:

I think there is a known issue with media gallery though.

Once you've input the URL, you won't see the item in the list as you would expect, but if you click "Save media" it is added to the gallery regardless.

It works in the gallery too, as I said, if you hit "Save":

Yeah it doesn't currently get a thumbnail or appropriate title. Not sure when that changed.

Not sure when it changed but I don't think it's a 2.2 change as we haven't applied any changes there yet.

Just to add to this Twitter in media on iPhone 11 Max Pro safari shows only part of the Twitter media the so it doesn’t show you the whole top and bottom
