XF 2.2 Limited Twitter links

We have the problem that we have a member who links countless twitter comments per day. Is there a way to set the number of twitter links per day?

There is nothing built in which will do that.

To me, this is a user discipline problem, not a technical issue. Drop a warning on them with a clear reason why you see it as a problem. Hopefully, that gets their attention. If not, maybe a suspension or force their posts to go through approval. Make it clear that posts that are just a Twitter link are not going to be allowed through if you do the latter.
