Third party Insert link keyboard shortcut loses focus and inserts link at the end

To reproduce:

• write some text in the RTE then highlight part of it (somewhere in the middle)
• hit Ctrl + K to open insert link menu and notice that the URL field is missing the automatic focus
• click in the URL field and add a URL in it
• hit Enter to insert the link and notice that the hyperlink and anchor text are placed at the very end of the text in the RTE
• this is not the behavior when the insert link icon is clicked in the editor toolbar

I am using Google Chrome 70 on Elementary OS (a Linux distribution based on Ubuntu 18.04)

It might be worth noting there in the comment that the URL field does not get focused automatically when the dialogue is opened using the keyboard shortcut.

I just updated to 2.0.12 from 2.0.10 and this seems to be happening on this build as well . Should have stayed on .10! Hopefully this gets fixed by the time 2.1.0 goes stable or at least 2.0.13!

Although this issue is not currently fixed in the latest version of Froala, we have worked around the issue for the next release by reverting back to a more stable version of the editor. We'll monitor the outstanding issue and likely only consider an editor upgrade once the issue has been resolved.

@Chris D, I think with the upgrade to Froala 2.9.4 this issue should have been sorted out.
