Fixed Inline mod action titles not using language specific ellipsis character.

In the Inline mod actions, you're using the StringBuilder system to concatenate the standard three dot ellipses onto the action name, instead of using the phrase-system to add the language specific phrase.

For the simple actions, you're not using an ellipsis at all.

While you're there, is there a reason the default is 3 dots (...) rather than the actual ellipses character (…)?

I've got what I think is a DP7 or DP8 install and it's an ellipsis character there too.

I don't think it has changed recently. IIRC it's been the utf8 ellipsis character from the start. (http://www.fileformat.info/info/unicode/char/2026/index.htm)
