Maybe I'm missing an option somewhere, but as of now it seems like a new user registration counts as a name change for the minimum time between name changes.
EX: minimum time between changes is 60 days. New user registers with social media w/ real name, and goes to change it, but is unable because it hasn't been 60 days.
Is there a way to make it so a new user is able to change their name that I'm missing?
