Similar to how permissions are inherited from parent nodes, I would like node settings to be inherited from parent nodes.
This would allow us to setup the settings of forums and child forums in a logical way without having to go into each and every forum.
This is especially handy if you have a large number of forums. For example: some of my categories have 100+ child forums. Being able to control those all with a few clicks would make a lot of sense.
